Welcome... Welcome to our web site. Please feel free to explore our site as it is not only an introduction to our holiday apartment but also to the surrounding areas and attractions. The property is located on the Costa Blanca, 25 - 30 minutes
South of Alicante airport. The closest town is Guardamar situated 5 minutes away
by car (15 minutes walk). Torrevieja is a busy centre situated 20 minutes away
by car. Other near by centers include Santa Pola and La Marina.
The property is a privately owned brand new four storey duplex style apartment that can sleep up to 6 adults. It has an integral garage (ideal for golfers), a balcony off the lounge/dining area and a roof terrace. It also has use of a communal pool (4 doors away). We do have access to the reservations systems of additional apartments within the complex. These apartments are almost identical in standard and specification. The other apartments also sleep up to six adults, providing an excellent solution for family groups or golfing parties. Subject to availability we can secure these apartments at the same rates as listed on our cost page. Please email us to check availability. Around this part of the Costa Blanca coastline there is approximately 12 - 14 km of golden white sand beaches and turquoise sea to suit the sun worshippers. This particular area of Spain has excellent all year round weather and the property is available to let 365 days a year. The area also hosts some excellent Golf Courses, five of which are within 20-30 minutes drive and these courses are featured on our Golf page. Guardamar and the surrounding centers have many tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and cultural sites offering something for everybody.
