 | Deposit is non-refundable unless we can resale your booked

 | Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure |
 | Names, addresses, D.O.B.s will be required for all using
the property before booking is accepted |
 | We reserve the right to refuse any booking, whether the property is available or not |
 | A £100.00 security bond per apartment would be required. The bond will
be returned in full within 5 days of your return providing that the property
and it's contents are left in good order. The property will be checked by our
cleaning staff following your departure |
 | Any breakages must be paid for in full or replaced with the
equivalent |
 | The pool is communal and belongs to the complex, we cannot
accept any responsibility if for any reason the pool is unavailable for use
during your holiday |
 | We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss of your
personal possessions whilst staying at the property or during the holiday,
even if placed in the safe provided |
 | We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss of your
holiday period due to flight delays or alterations |
 | We cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries whilst
using the complex, pool or any other facilities |
 | On the day of arrival the property will not be available
until 2pm. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10am,
these times are to allow for cleaning of the property and must be strictly
adhered to |
 | Costs are for self catering accommodation only & do not include food,
flights, airport transfers, car hire or travel insurance |
